You don't need an application to play. Applications are only for joining the staff team.

Launch Emergency Response: Liberty County on Roblox, choose Private Servers, and enter our code CSPSR.
Play the part
Pick a role, stay in character, and value your life. A moderator is on duty whenever a session is running.
Why us
Run like a real organisation, not a group chat
Most roleplay servers fall apart because nobody writes anything down. We built ours the other way round: a custom Discord bot, a staff control panel, and a rank ladder everybody can see.
- Every decision is logged. Warnings, kicks and bans all land in a permanent record, so appeals are settled with evidence.
- Staff are held to the same rules. Internal Affairs exists to investigate our own team, not just members.
- Promotions are earned on time and activity. 23 ranks, each with a minimum time in rank — no favouritism.
- Sessions are scheduled and hosted. Shift boards, LOA requests and activity quotas keep the server staffed.
Structure
Five teams, one chain of command
Every staff member belongs to exactly one team. The team decides what you work on; your rank decides how senior you are inside it.

The rulebook
Every rule below is enforced, and every one of them has a set punishment that staff follow. Not knowing them is not a defence.
Staff only
Punishment guidelines
The standard action for every offence, who is allowed to issue it, and the bot command to log it. Staff members: enter the team passcode to open it.
Restricted section
Ask your team lead for the passcode. Members don't need it — the public rules above are what applies to you.
Before you punish anyone
Get proof first — a clip or screenshot. Log every action with the bot so it lands in the member's record. Never punish for something you only heard about second-hand, and never moderate a case you're personally involved in: hand it to another staff member.

Escalation ladder
When an offence says "→ on repeat", walk up this ladder rather than jumping to the end.
Verbal warning → Logged warning → Timeout → Kick → Temporary ban → Permanent ban
Kicks and bans need Supervisor (tier 30) or above. If you're tier 20, gather evidence and call a Supervisor — don't ask a member to wait in silence. Anything involving a staff member as the accused goes to Internal Affairs, not to you.
Appeals
Members appeal in a Discord ticket, never in-game. Only Supervisor 30+ may revoke a record, and the original staff member does not review their own case. Internal Affairs (tier 40) can void any punishment that broke these guidelines.
If you get it wrong
Say so and revoke it. An honest mistake that's fixed is a non-event. Hiding it, or punishing someone out of annoyance, is what IA issues infractions for.

Trainer guide
The six-module programme every new staff member is trained on. Separate passcode — this one is only for Internal Affairs, Management and the Directorate.
Internal Affairs and above
If you are tier 20 or 30, you do not need this. Your trainer runs it with you.
These guidelines are the default. Management may set a different action for a specific case, and that decision is logged in the panel.

Before you ask in chat
Do I need to apply to play?
No. Join the Discord, read the rules and hop into the private server with code CSPSR. Applications are only for staff positions.
What game is this?
Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) on Roblox. You'll need the game and a Roblox account that can join private servers.
Is there an age requirement?
We expect mature behaviour rather than a specific age. Staff positions are held to a higher bar, and the Directorate has the final say.
How do I report someone?
Open a ticket in Discord with a clip or screenshot and the person's username. In-game callouts get lost; tickets get logged.
I was banned. Can I appeal?
Yes — a ticket in Discord. Appeals are reviewed by a Supervisor who wasn't involved, and Internal Affairs can overturn a bad call.
How do promotions work?
Each of the 23 ranks has a minimum time in rank plus an activity quota. Meet both, stay clean, and Management reviews you.
What's the staff panel?
A private web control panel at panel.csrp.club where staff log actions, run the duty board and manage records. It only opens for staff Discord accounts.
